Stay

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 9:00 AM. The day of departure is not included in the total number of days of stay. 

Quiet hours in AS Adria Apartments Vodice begin at 11:00 PM and last until 8:00 AM. Guests are required to observe the quiet hours rule out of consideration for other guests.

During their stay, guests are permitted to use the outdoor grill. However, they must provide their own charcoal and clean the grill after use, out of consideration for other users. Guests are also urged to be cautious when handling the grill to prevent embers from escaping, avoiding unwanted fires. To ensure safe use of the grill, guests should use water to extinguish embers.

Apartment Entry

Guests are provided with the apartment key, which they must keep during their stay. Guests should take care of locking the apartment, as the owners are not responsible for theft or negligence in the apartments during their stay. 

Guests are given information about using the apartment inventory, appliances, and other features. Therefore, they must turn off all appliances when leaving the apartment, as well as close or secure windows against drafts.

In special circumstances and in the absence of guests, hosts reserve the right to enter the apartment if they deem it necessary to prevent damage or danger of unforeseen proportions, such as water leakage or fire, as well as to close windows in case of rain or strong winds. The host will inform the guest about entering the apartment and the reason for entry.

Cleaning

Thorough cleaning and preparation of the apartment are performed by the host of AS Adria Apartments Vodice with each change of guests. Bed linen, towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and kitchen paper are provided to guests upon arrival. Guests are responsible for providing additional quantities during their stay. Bed linen is changed with each apartment turnover, but it can also be changed upon request during the guests' stay.

Other Rules

Guests who are not registered and documented as guests of AS Adria Apartments Vodice are not allowed to stay overnight in the apartment.

Guests are required to inform the hosts of any visits. Additionally, bringing weapons, drugs, or other dangerous or flammable items into the apartments is not allowed. The use of additional devices or appliances that are not part of the regular apartment inventory is only allowed with the special consent of the hosts.

Pets are allowed in the apartments with prior agreement.

The property owner is not responsible for any loss of guests' belongings or valuables.
